Information we process
When you subscribe, we process your email address, language, subscription source, landing page, campaign parameters, date and consent record. Brevo processes this information to manage delivery, bounces and unsubscribes.
Google Consent Mode sends denied consent signals by default and may send limited cookieless pings for aggregate conversion modelling. If you choose Allow measurement, Google Analytics and Google Ads may use online identifiers and device information to measure visits and conversions. Ad personalisation remains denied.
Purposes and legal bases
We rely on your consent to send editorial and promotional GHLFAQ emails and to use optional analytics. Essential security and preference storage is based on our legitimate interest in operating a safe, functional website.
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Retention and recipients
Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, then retained only where required to prove or honour your opt-out. Consented advertising click identifiers are retained in your browser for up to 90 days. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics property settings.
Recipients are the publisher and necessary processors: Brevo for email, Google for consented analytics and advertising measurement, HighLevel and FirstPromoter for affiliate attribution, and OVHcloud for website hosting. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some processors may handle data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard described by the processor.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@ghlfaq.com. You may also complain to the CNIL or your local supervisory authority.
